Returns & Exchanges

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on our predesigned products. When purchasing custom items, the right of withdrawal ceases when production has begun. For the return of our pre designed products, customer service must first be contacted and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

If it is one of our premade designs, you can email us and we will help you. If you have customized your case or skin yourself, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges.

The refund can take up to 10 working days from the time we receive your return.

Payment

If your payment is declined, there are two different options. The first thing you can try is to use a different browser, usually Chrome works best. If this still does not work, contact your bank or choose a different payment method.

Shipping

We have three different shipping options. During busy times, the delivery time may be temporarily longer.

• Standard: 7-10 working days. 

• Fast: 6-8 working days. Traceable.

• Express: 4-6 working days. Traceable.

Shipping is free if you choose standard delivery (7-10 days). If you choose "fast" or "express", your goods will be sent with UPS and the cost is based on how big the order is. You can easily see all shipping fees in the checkout.

Delivery can take up to 10 working days. If you still have not received your order after 10 working days, you can email us at info@caseapp.co.uk and we will help you out.

Yes, if you choose a trackable shipping option you will receive an email with your tracking number once we ship your order.

You don't need to create a CaseApp account, but it makes it easier for you as a returning customer.

My order

If you email us at info@caseapp.co.uk immediately after you have placed your order, we can change your address. If we hear from you too late after your order has been placed, it may already have been sent, and then we can not change anything.

If your image is too low resolution, you will receive a warning in the editor and can then select another image.

StickerApp AB reserves the right to remove images or text that is illegal, offensive, indecent, racist or religiously offensive. Sticker App AB prints what the customer uploads and takes no responsibility for the content of the end product. The customer assures that the customer holds all rights regarding the use, publication and forwarding of submitted data, especially with regard to text and images. The customer is solely responsible for the product not infringing on another's intellectual property rights and that the content of the printed matter does not violate applicable swedish law.

The customer disclaims Sticker App AB without reservation from any claims that another may make against Sticker App AB in connection with infringement of third party rights, especially copyright, which arises through the use of data transferred from the customer, meaning that the customer will ensure that Sticker App AB does not have to meet such requirements.

The outer material of the cases contains a derivative of tallow. This derivative is of animal origin. This does not necessarily mean that the product is not vegan, as long as the technical lower limit has not been reached. The term "Technical lower limit" is often used in the same way as chemicals. For example, BPA-free plastic toys may still contain 0.04 mg / lBPA and are still classified as BPA-free.

Matte or glossy is the difference in the surface / finish of the case. "Tough" are our extra protective cases that consist of an outer shell in hard plastic and an inner protection liner made of silicone that also goes over the edge on the front of the screen. Regular hardshell cases are our standard "slim" cases which have a slim design while protecting your phone from scratches, light drops and shocks.
